Part of an ongoing series, "the Boar Hunt".

Inverting the traditional western imagery of the "evil" and feminine, this panel shows the details of the snakes, flowers and bones woven into the hair of this young witch. This moment when she is triumphant in her task, she is surrounded and empowered by the wolf and snakes, flowers and bones. Beauty, life, death and decay all interwoven into one moment.
